March is Women's History Month. This month we will feature 100 photos of Oxford's women through history. Today's first photo shows four unidentified girls playing at the brook. (From the Marilyn Stebar family photo collection) The second photo shows Flora Roberts posed on the horse in 1910. (Also from the Marilyn Stebar family photo collection) The third photo shows Katherine Resch at her home on Barry Road, where she raised both chickens and rabbits. Behind the picket fence, poles are tied together to support climbing plants in the family vegetable garden Katherine was the grandmother of Catherine Sonnenstuhl, who provided the Historical Society with this photograph.
