March is Women's History Month. This month we will feature 100 photos of Oxford's women through history. Today's first photograph shows girls participating in a dolls' parade in the 1930's, under the direction of the newly formed Oxford Parent Teacher's Association, led by Mrs. Nicholas Madorno. (Photo from Nancylee Madorno) The second photo was taken in 1948 of are charter members of the David S. Miles Post 174 American Legion Auxiliary in Oxford. Seated left to right, Lillie Lineweber, Rose Rzyzetek, Eleanor Miles, and Frances Miles Samoker. Standing left to right, Mary Moselle, Viola Martin, Peg Dains, and Harriet Miles. (Caption from Jane Hulburt) The third photo shows members of the Oxford Junior Women's Club who sold apples at the 1976 Oxford Olde Tyme Fair. Can you help us identify the women in the picture?
